Returns and Exchanges

At Cycle Surgery we understand that ordering a bicycle and bike equipment can be quite the leap of faith. We want to set your mind at ease and make your shopping experience as easy as possible. This notion extends to our Return/Exchange process. If you find that you need to return or exchange any of our bike products please call us first to arrange the return.
All returns are "back to base"

7 Day New and Unused Merchandise Returns

Due to health concerns, Cycle Surgery is unable to accept any returns of nutrition, supplements, consumable food products, inner tubes or headwear. 

All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all parts, original tags, and packaging materials within 7 days of purchase.
Used items will not be accepted by Cycle Surgery and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
 
Clothing items must be unworn and have all hang tags attached.

Wheels and power meters must not be ridden.

Tyres, tubular or clincher, must not be mounted or glued.

All custom order sales are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange unless defective or damaged. A custom order is an item that Cycle Surgery does not actively stock or sell and specially orders from a manufacturer or distributor for a customer.

All returns are evaluated on site at Cycle Surgery prior to return acceptance.
